JELLY ROLL’S BACKROAD BAPTISM TOUR

By far some of my strongest photo work yet, in 2023 i had the pleasure of photographing country music icon Jelly roll along his arena packed backroad baptism tour. this opportunity allowed me to be published in multiple zines including: rolling stone, nashville scene, american songwriter, and more. my work was selected for promotion on his 2024 tour, beautifully broken, as well as the country music hall of fame for their “state of the music” exhibition.

this collection explores what it means to document someone into becoming and the fast paced life of celebrity, on stage and off. it’s a defining moment in my archive and one i’ll hold close for a long time.
